To be eligible for WIC, applicants must:

- Be a woman who is pregnant or a new mother who delivers a baby less than a year
- Be an infant or child under 5 years of age
- Meet program income guidelines below
- Be at-risk for a nutritional problem determined by WIC staff during your certification
