Prince George's County Vital Records
The Prince George's County Health Department provides an appointment-only service. We issue birth certificates for anyone born in the State of Maryland AFTER 2015 and death certificates for individuals who died in Maryland AFTER 2015.

Individuals born prior to 2015 and who died prior to 2015 should contact the Maryland Department of Health's Vital Statistics Administration at 410-764-3038.

Prince George's County Vital Records office will be by appointment only during these hours.

- Tuesdays - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Wednesdays CLOSED
- Thursdays - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Fridays- 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
