Alice M. Williams serves as Director & Purchasing Agent of the Office of Procurement. Ms. Williams was confirmed and sworn in as Director on October 21, 2025, after an initial appointment as Acting Director on June 18, 2025.

Prior to her appointment, Ms. Williams served as Acquisition Advisor to the Executive Director/Head Contracting Activity, Government Services Contracting (GCS) for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), an Operating Division (OPDIV) within the Department of Health and Human Services.
