Local Behavioral Health Providers 

Email PGC_LBHA@co.pg.md.us or call (301) 856-9500 to become a licensed mental health services provider or to be added to our provider contact list. Receive information regarding provider meetings, trainings, and other events our agency offers.

New Providers 

Please complete the Behavioral Health Services New Provider Form if you have an Agreement to Cooperate with the Local Behavioral Health Authority (LBHA). The information on this form is used to update our referral lists.  The information is provided to consumers and professionals seeking behavioral health resources in Prince George's County.

Request for Letters of Support

Stakeholders and community members may request a letter of support for grant proposals and other projects. Please attach a draft letter that includes:

  • Organization's contact information
  • Description of the project
  • Partnership with the LBHA (if applicable)
  • Benefits to community residents

Request for Proposals
  • Request for Application (RFA): Prince George’s County Wellness and Recovery Center Program. Apply today! The proposal deadline for providers is November 14, 2025, at 4:00 pm.
  • All non-profit organizations that wish to apply should email the PGC LBHA at PGC_LBHA@pgcmd.gov to request the 432 budget forms necessary for their application.
  • A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 10 am via Microsoft Teams Virtual Conference. The purpose of the conference is to address questions related to the project's expectations.
