"We are thrilled to launch the Spring Into Wellness Expo as a platform to support and empower individuals on their journey towards better health and well-being," said Dr. Matthew Levy, Health Officer. "At a time when mental health awareness is more important than ever, this event serves as a beacon of hope and solidarity for our community."

In alignment with Mental Health Awareness Month and Physical Fitness and Sports Month, the Spring Into Wellness Expo aims to provide adults of all ages with access to vital resources and support in the realm of behavioral health. The event will bring together a diverse array of mental health professionals, wellness practitioners, and substance use treatment experts. From crisis intervention and suicide prevention to addiction recovery and physical fitness, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with experts and explore a wide range of topics crucial to their well-being.

The Expo will feature engaging activities such as fitness demonstrations, workshops, and interactive exhibits. Attendees can expect to receive valuable information, participate in discussions, and connect with local organizations dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness in the community.
