The Bridge Center at Adam’s House
Bridge Center at Adam’s House- Helping You Rebuild and Thrive
The Bridge Center at Adam’s House helps returning citizens, young adults ages 18 to 25, and Veterans connect with services and resources to successfully move forward in their lives.
The program is a partnership among the Health Department, the Department of Social Services, and the Department of Family Services. Our “no wrong door” approach means you can come to us for help, no matter what challenges you are facing.
Each year, the Bridge Center serves more than 2,000 residents. Less than 1% of the people served by the program reoffend.
