Bridges 2 Success, formally known as Operation Safe Kids (OSK)-Prince George’s County, is a collaborative partnership between the Health Department and the Department of Juvenile Services. Case Managers provide community-based support services to juvenile offenders who are residents of Prince George’s County and have been referred by the Department of Juvenile Services. Bridges 2 Success aims to reduce risk factors and enhance protective factors associated with juvenile offenders who are at high risk of becoming victims or perpetrators of violence by providing linkage to community services and referrals for training and employment.
