Electronic Payment Process
- For applications and citations that contain letters, please process payments through Momentum.
- For applications and citations that consist solely of numbers, please utilize ePayments for payment processing.

Processing Fees for eCheck/ACH and Credit/Debit Cards
All fees charged by third-party services are non-refundable. It is essential to confirm payment details prior to submission.
- eCheck/ACH transactions will be subject to a servicing fee of $1.50.
- Visa Consumer Debit Transactions will attract a fixed service fee of $3.95.
- All other Credit and Debit card transactions will be charged a service fee of 2.45% of the total payment amount.
- DPIE processes the following types of cases:
We do not accept payments for WSSC, MVA, MDOT, or property taxes.
In-Person Check Procedures
Customers are encouraged to utilize one of the electronic payment methods. Nevertheless, payment by check/money order is also an option.

All checks are made payable to "Prince George’s County." - In person at the Cashier Counter:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. - An invoice must be included with all checks.
