- Accelerated review timelines (10 days per review cycle)
- An assigned dedicated business specialist
- Early issue of identification and communication
- Real-time communication and permit application updates
- An expedited process for faster business occupancy approvals
Eligible Projects
Small Business projects may include:
- Commercial interior alterations (5,000 square feet or less)
- Use and Occupancy Permit applications
- Wall signs for businesses (commercial only)
- Strategic County and State initiatives
