UPDATE 5/20/2020 : COVID-19 Screening and Testing

The Prince George’s County Health Department’s coronavirus call center and COVID-19 screening and testing site will be closed on Monday, May 25th for the Memorial Day holiday.

If you are experiencing symptoms of an illness, or feel unwell, please contact your medical care provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

The hotline will continue normal operating hours on Tuesday, May 26, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Cheverly Health Center will reopen COVID-19 screening and testing by appointment only at 10 a.m. on May 26th. Please call the hotline (301-883-6627) to make an appointment.

Coronavirus Testing Hotline

COVID-19 tests are available in Prince George’s County. The Health Department is administering tests BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call 301-883-6627. Our nurses evaluate you over the phone, and if you get an appointment, you will be assessed once again when you arrive. It may take a few days to get results. If you get tested and your symptoms get worse, DO NOT wait for your test results, SEEK MEDICAL CARE RIGHT AWAY.

This hotline is also for residents who have general COVID-19 questions or concerns. The hotline is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily to receive updated information about the coronavirus disease. *Please contact 911 for medical emergencies only.
