County Animal Services Facility to Open to the Public at 3 p.m. on December 17
LARGO, MD – The Prince George's County Animal Services Facility and Adoption Center (ASFAC) will be closed to the public from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, due to a staff event. The facility will reopen from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. for regular public operations.
ASFAC will also be closed on the following upcoming holidays:
- Thursday, December 25 – Christmas Day
- Thursday, January 1, 2026 – New Year's Day
Pet adoption applications can be downloaded from the Department of the Environment's website and submitted in person or by mail to 3750 Brown Station Road, Upper Marlboro, 20772. To view cats, dogs, and small animals available for adoption, please visit www.24petconnect.com and enter the facility zip code - 20772.
