Welcome to Level Up, your Prince George’s County Government Employee Wellness Program. The Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) is committed to the well-being of you and your families by fostering a culture of wellness. The everyday choices we make can help us live healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives – both at work and at home. Level Up strives to make Prince George’s County Government among the healthiest places to work by helping you elevate your total wellbeing.

Level Up launched in December 2019 as a comprehensive wellness program that focuses on five dimensions of wellbeing: 1) Preventive Healthcare; 2) Behavioral Health; 3) Healthy Eating; 4) Physical Activity; and 5) Financial Wellness. These dimensions will serve as a guide for our wellness initiatives, in addition to providing resourceful tools to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
