Mulch Madness
Annual Mulch Madness Giveaway offers free mulch to County residents on a self-serve basis. Residents must bring their own shovel, bags, or pickup vehicle to load up. The mulch is for residential use and commercial/businesses vehicles with signage and other entities are not allowed.
