Prince George’s County is proud to offer learning opportunities to the workforce through the Learning, Performance, and Organizational Development (LPOD) Division managed by the Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM). The mission of LPOD is to provide initiatives to support the leadership development, training, and professional development of employees through intentionally-designed learning experiences that improve the retention and development of a high-performing County government workforce.
