Applicants must review and complete the One Day General Information Checklist in connection to the Class C - One Day Application process.

 
Applications for Class C

One Day License
The Board of License Commissioners is authorized to issue a One Day License for bona-fide nonprofit organization. In order to apply for this license an application must be filed with a copy of the organization's 501(C)(3) showing the tax exempt status, constitution and bylaws. All fees are to be paid by certified check, cashier's check or money order. Applications must be filed not less than 10 days prior to the event. All applications MUST BE TYPED.

Note: If the event will be held outside, the applicant must obtain a temporary Use & Occupancy Permit from the Department of Permits, Inspections & Enforcement (DPIE) at least 45 days prior to the event.

 

Applications for Class C, Beer, Wine & Liquor License

Temporary Waterfront Entertainment Complex
The Board of License Commissioners is authorized to issue a temporary Class C, Beer, Wine and Liquor License within a Waterfront Entertainment Complex. In order to apply for this license the application must be filed with a copy of the organization's 501(C)(3) showing the tax exempt status, constitution and bylaws. Additionally, the application shall be accompanied by written permission from the location where alcoholic beverages are to be sold and a site plan of the area indicating where the outlets will be located. All fees are to be paid by certified check, cashier's check or money order. Applications must be typed and filed not less than 10 days prior to the event.

Applications for Class D, Beer & Wine License

Temporary Waterfront Entertainment Complex
The Board of License Commissioners is authorized to issue a temporary Class D, Beer and Wine License within a Waterfront Entertainment Complex. In order to apply the application must be completed by a Prince George's County resident and accompanied by written permission from an official at the location where alcoholic beverages are to be sold and a site plan indicating where the outlets will be located. All fees are to be paid by certified check, cashier's check or money order. Applications must be typed and filed not less than 10 days prior to the event.
