2025 Snow Summit
Event: 2025 Snow Summit
Thursday, December 11 (Virtual)
Thursday, December 18 (In-Person)
The Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPW&T) will bring together County agencies and community partners for the 2025 Snow Summit to help residents prepare for the upcoming winter season. This annual event is designed to provide valuable information, resources, and insights into the County’s coordinated snow and ice response operations. To ensure all residents have an opportunity to participate, this year’s Snow Summit will include both virtual and in-person sessions, offered during the day and evening.
As winter approaches, DPW&T remains committed to ensuring that residents, businesses, and community organizations are well-informed and equipped to navigate potential winter weather events. The Snow Summit will feature presentations from County leadership, emergency management officials, and other partner organizations that play a vital role in ensuring public safety and service continuity during winter weather events.
Residents are encouraged to participate in one or both sessions – virtual or in-person – to gain a comprehensive understanding of how the County prepares for and responds to winter weather, and how to stay ready, connected, and informed.
Registration is required for both events.
