However, Blue line trains will be rerouted to the Orange line rail segment after the Stadium-Armory Station in Washington, D.C. instead of continuing on to the Benning Road, Capitol Heights, Addison Road, Morgan Boulevard, and Largo Town Center Stations during this time.
The Capitol Heights, Addison Road, Morgan Boulevard and Largo Metrorail Stations will still be open with Silver line trains arriving every 24 minutes. Residents should allow for additional travel time on these Blue line stations or use alternative stations on the Orange and Green lines as appropriate.

Prince George's County operates TheBus, a County bus service, to meet local transportation needs of its residents and visitors. TheBus fixed route system consists of 28 routes, covering over 10,000 miles throughout Prince George's County. TheBus operates Monday through Friday; however, no services are provided on major holidays (New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day) and during the weekend.
All TheBus and Call-A-Bus services are accessible and accept use of portable oxygen, respirators and concentrators.

Starting the evening of Thursday, March 15th until Sunday night, March 17, 2018 the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) will start a limited Metrorail track work project on the Silver line. During this rail maintenance project, WMATA will operate all Silver line trains at 24 minute frequencies from the Wiehle-Reston Station in Virginia to Largo Town Center Station in Maryland. Rail service on the Orange and Blue Lines will operate near normal frequencies at New Carrollton Station (Orange) and Largo Town Center Station (Blue) during this time. Residents travelling on the Silver Line to Tysons Corner or Reston in Virginia on the Silver Line should allow for additional travel time.
