Route 21
Route 21 provides service between the New Carrollton Metrorail Station and Upper Marlboro. Key destinations along the route include the Downtown Largo Metrorail Station, Kaiser Permanente in Largo, and the County Courthouse in Upper Marlboro. Other stops include the Ardwick Ardmore Road business corridor, the Lansdowne Village Apartments, and Prince George’s Community College.
Updates
Effective December 4, 2023, Route 21 follows a new routing via Brightseat Road, Arena Drive, and Downtown Largo Metrorail Station, making stops at Landover Drive, Lansdowne Village Apartments, and Jericho City Drive, resuming its existing routing after Downtown Largo Metrorail Station. The stops on Landover Road at Arena Drive and Lake Arbor Way have been eliminated. On Saturdays, every other Route 21 trip operates between New Carrollton and PGCC only; trips will only run to Upper Marlboro every hour.
