The Route 28 circulates between the Downtown Largo Metrorail Station and residences along Campus Way North in Largo.  Key stops include the Jericho Senior Residences and the Woodmore Town Center shopping area, and the Prince George’s County Government Inglewood Campus. The Route 28 also provides service to the Wayne K. Curry Administration Building.  Route 28 connects with Routes 21 and 26 through the Downtown Largo Metrorail Station. Capital Bikeshare is also available at the Downtown Largo Metrorail Station.

Route 28 currently operates with 45 minute frequency.  Service span is 6:00 am to 7:17 pm.
