Route 21 provides service between the New Carrollton Metrorail station and Upper Marlboro. Key stops along the route include County Government facilities in Largo, the Downtown Largo Metrorail Station, and County Courthouse in Upper Marlboro. Other key stops include the Ardwick Ardmore Road business corridor, Prince George’s County Government Inglewood Campus, the Prince George’s Community College, and the County Courthouse.  Riders can access Capital Bikeshare at the Prince George’s Community College and at the Downtown Largo Metrorail Station. Route 21 provides convenient access to Kaiser Permanente in Largo, the Prince George’s County Department of Permits, Inspection and Enforcement (DPIE) and to the University of Maryland Global Campus.
