Route 20 provides service from the Addison Road Metrorail Station in the Capitol Heights community to Upper Marlboro where riders can access the County Administration Building and County Courthouse. The route also serves businesses along Marlboro Pike corridor as well as the Melwood Nonprofit Center. Route 20 also provides service access to Penn-Mar Shopping Center in Forestville and Marlborough Village Center in Upper Marlboro.
