  • Motions for reconsideration of sentence
  • Applications for review of sentence by a three-judge panel
  • Motions for drug treatment pursuant to Health General Article Section 8-507
  • Petitions for writ of actual innocence
  • Petitions for writ of error coram nobis
  • Habeas petitions
  • Petitions for post-conviction relief

In addition, the Post-Trial Unit coordinates the Office’s response to Maryland Public Information Act requests, ensuring timely and compliant access to public records.
