State's Attorney Announces Sentence for Capitol Heights Man Convicted in Fatal Crash that Killed 3-Year-Old Girl
UPPER MARLBORO, MD – Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Tara Jackson announced today that 42-year-old Larry Naylor has been sentenced to 10 years in prison, suspending all but 9 years, followed by 5 years of supervised probation, after being convicted of grossly negligent manslaughter by motor vehicle related to the death of 3-year-old Zoey Harrison.
In March 2025, Naylor was attempting to flee police when he struck the vehicle occupied by 3-year-old Zoey Harrison and her mother.
