State's Attorney Announces Bond Status for Suspect in Domestic-Related Homicide

UPPER MARLBORO, MD – Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Tara Jackson announced today that 31-year-old Terence Penn Jr. was held without bond relating to the fatal shooting of 31-year-old Dakota Keys in Capitol Heights. 

 

Penn is charged with first- and second-degree murder.
