State's Attorney Announces Bond Status for Suspect in Deadly Road Rage Shooting

UPPER MARLBORO, MD – Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Tara Jackson announced today that 36-year-old Tyrell Hairston was held without bond related to the fatal shooting of 33-year-old Christopher Austin, Jr. at the MGM National Harbor.  

 

Hairston is charged with first-degree and second-degree murder, firearm use in the commission of a violent crime, first-degree and second-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.
