PGPD Citizens' Police Academy - Class Starting Soon!

Ever wondered what policing looks like from the inside?  The Prince George's County Police Department's 13-week interactive academy gives citizens a behind-the-scenes look at PGPD through hands-on activities, open discussions, and insight into patrol, investigations, training, and policy.

• When:  Mondays | 6–9 PM | 13 weeks
• Where: Prince George's County Police Headquarters, Upper Marlboro
• Who:  Open to adults 18+ who live or work in the County (no felony convictions)
• Classes begin February 23, 2026.  The application deadline is Friday, February 13, 2026.
