The Prince George's County Police Department is actively seeking applications for school crossing guard positions. School Crossing Guards are part-time employees with competitive salaries and benefits, and the position comes with a personal sense of job satisfaction as you provide safety to school children on their way to and from school. School crossing guards oversee and control traffic flow around schools at the beginning and end of the school day.

Entrusted with the safety of the county schoolchildren, candidates for this position are asked to meet certain physical and medical requirements and complete training. Pay & Benefits

• Starting Salary:
  $20.00 - $26.93/hourly
• Medical/Prescription/Dental/Vision Insurance Coverage
  Part-time employees are eligible for medical insurance at 15 + hours, per week

  Work Hours 7-10 a.m. & 1:30-5:00 p.m.
