Project Based Voucher Accessibility Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Prince George's County (HAPGC) has created a separate waiting list for persons who need an accessible unit that meet their accessibility needs related to a disability. This Project-Based Voucher Accessibility Waiting list is not open to the public. This waiting list is only open to the following persons:

1. Current participants of the HAPGC Housing Choice Voucher Program
2. Current residents of the HAPGC Public Housing Program
3. Current participants of the HAPGC Project Based Voucher Program
4. Current participants of the HAPGC Moderate Rehabilitation Program
5. Current applicants on each of the HAPGC Waiting Lists

Be advised that the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program waiting list is a separate waiting list and open for online pre-application only from December 1, 2025 12:01 am to December 5, 2025 11:59 pm EST.

The purpose of the HAPGC Project Based Voucher Accessibility Waiting List (PBVAWL) is to provide participants, residents and applicants with accessible units that meet their accessibility needs due to a disability.

*Please note only the Head of Household is eligible to apply to the PBVAWL, other household members cannot apply separately from the household*

Any person that fits into the above five (5) categories can apply for the PBVAWL at any time. In order to apply to the PBVAWL participants, residents and applicants must submit an PBVAWL application to the 504 Coordinator at:
