Dr. Constante Tinaza is the first-ever full-time Veterinarian for Prince George's County Animal Services Division. Dr. Tinaza has a wide range of experience in the veterinary field in public sheltering, private practice, and herd and public health. His experience lines up well with our domestic and livestock population in the county. He is excited to join our team and improve the lives and health of animals in our care and across the county.
