Prince George’s County Capital Improvement Program (CIP) strengthens our County’s infrastructure, public facilities, and essential services. A vital part of the Office of Central Services, CIP guides funding for major capital projects to include new schools, public safety facilities, transportation upgrades, parks, technology, and environmental improvements. Through our CIP projects, the County is able to grow sustainably and equitably. Through careful planning, fiscal responsibility, and community input, CIP supports modern, resilient spaces that enhance the quality of life for all residents.
