Route 24 connects the Capitol Heights community to the Capitol Heights and Morgan Boulevard
Metrorail Stations. Route 24 links riders with the Addison Plaza Shopping Center, Penn StationÂ
Shopping Center, Spauldings Branch Library, and the District Heights Municipal Building. RidersÂ
can access Capital Bikeshare at the Capitol Heights Metrorail station.Â
UPDATES
Effective December 4, 2023, Route 24 follows a new routing: from Morgan Boulevard MetrorailÂ
Station, it serves Central Avenue, Hampton Park Boulevard, and Edgeworth Drive before resumingÂ
its existing routing. Eliminated stops on Ritchie Road will now be served on Route 26.
