We’re calling on the voices of Prince George’s County. If you are musically gifted and ready to perform the National Anthem with excellence and pride, this is your opportunity to share your talent on a distinguished stage.

County Executive Braveboy will host the 40th Annual Women’s History Month Luncheon. We expect over 1,500 guests, including women trailblazers, elected officials, celebrity guests, women entrepreneurs, county employees, and influential members of our community.

Residents are invited to submit videos showcasing their singing and talents. Selected participants will be invited to audition live at a designated location on Friday, February 27th

The winner will have the honor of singing the National Anthem at the 40th Annual Women’s History Month Luncheon and will also receive additional prizes. 

All submissions must be sent to CEXComms@co.pg.md.us by 5pm on Friday, February 20, 2026

Requirements:

  • Submission Video must be less than 3 minutes
  • Submissions must be uploaded to Google Drive or Youtube (link must be public)
  • Live, unedited performances only
  • No studio-edited, altered recordings, or professionally produced submissions (AI, autotune, etc.)
  • A cappella or live vocals (instrumental accompaniment permitted)

Qualifications:

  • Participants must be 18 years or older 
  • Prince George’s County Resident
