Project Overview 

The Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, cloud-based Parking Management System to modernize and unify parking operations. The system will serve as a centralized platform integrating enforcement, citation management, permitting, payments, and reporting with key technologies and external systems. This procurement supports enhanced operational efficiency, compliance, and expansion of municipal parking services across the County.

Demolition of the Creative Suitland Redevelopment Site RFP

Project Overview 

In furtherance of County Executive Braveboy’s strategic plans for economic development, the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County (“RVAPGC” or “Revenue Authority”) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the demolition of the Creative Suitland Art Center site.  This 3-acre site represents the future location of a vibrant, connected, mixed-use development community that blends modern, affordable housing, retail, and artisan-centric amenities. 

This solicitation is phase one of the Creative Suitland Redevelopment Project.  The Revenue Authority is seeking a combined technical and budget proposal for the demolition of the buildings, surface parking, hardscaping, and landscaping at the project site.
