Demolition of the Creative Suitland Redevelopment Site RFP
Project Overview
In furtherance of County Executive Braveboy’s strategic plans for economic development, the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County (“RVAPGC” or “Revenue Authority”) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the demolition of the Creative Suitland Art Center site. This 3-acre site represents the future location of a vibrant, connected, mixed-use development community that blends modern, affordable housing, retail, and artisan-centric amenities.
This solicitation is phase one of the Creative Suitland Redevelopment Project. The Revenue Authority is seeking a combined technical and budget proposal for the demolition of the buildings, surface parking, hardscaping, and landscaping at the project site.

Remote Security Guard Services for CRMC Parking Garage and Fringe Parking Lots
Summary Statement
The objective of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide comprehensive remote security guard services for the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County (“Revenue Authority” or “RVAPGC”). These services shall include, but are not limited to, 24/7 remote monitoring of parking garages and surface parking lots, live video surveillance, remote customer assistance, incident detection and response, audio intervention, monitoring of access control systems, and coordination with RVAPGC staff and local emergency responders when necessary.
