The Bowie State University (MARC) Train Station "Campus Village" Mixed Use Project RFP
Project Overview
The Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County is seeking a qualified master developer to lead the multi-phased development of a mixed-use, transit-oriented “Campus Village” adjacent to the Bowie State University Maryland Area Regional Commuter (MARC) Train Station. The 93-acre County-owned site will deliver a destination with housing, retail, office, parking and green space amenities.
The Revenue Authority earmarked $1 million for site infrastructure and due diligence. A core goal is to honor the area’s environmental significance, including proximity to the Patuxent Research Refuge, by integrating natural features into the design.
