Nicole Hall

Nicole Hall serves as the Chief Real Estate Officer for the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County, where she leads initiatives that advance the County’s economic development priorities. In this role, she oversees the delivery of diverse housing opportunities, amenity-rich commercial projects, and strategic engagement with the development community. Nicole is recognized for her strong foundation in economic development, with particular expertise in market analysis, smart site selection, and stakeholder collaboration that ensures inclusive and community-driven outcomes. Her leadership is instrumental to the agency’s pipeline of transformative projects in Suitland, Bowie, and other key growth areas throughout the County.
 
Nicole has more than 20 years of experience spanning sales, procurement, business development, and project management. She has a extensive food retail background beginning as a store manager for a major retailer, then later serving as a category manager for Wakefern Foods, where she managed a $500 million sales portfolio and executed record-setting sales campaigns for major CPG brands. This retail and supply-chain expertise now supports her work in attracting high-quality commercial tenants and delivering successful retail developments across Prince George’s County. She is an active member of ICSC, MEDA and IEDC.  
 
Nicole holds a BS in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey and is an alumna of the Cornell University NGA Executive Leadership Development Program and Municipal Bond Club of New York Bond School Class of 2025.
 
Outside the office, Nicole enjoys the culinary arts, travel, and real estate. A dedicated “foodie,” she often explores new destinations to experience local cuisines and cultures. As a proud boy mom, she spends much of her free time at youth events and outdoor activities throughout the DMV region.
