Chinwe S. Odife

Chinwe S. Odife is a senior real estate executive currently serving as Deputy Director of the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County. She brings over 15 years of experience leading complex development, construction, and asset management initiatives across the hospitality, mixed-use, residential, and affordable housing sectors, complemented by a strong foundation in legal and regulatory operations. Known for her strategic, goal-oriented leadership, Chinwe excels in directing cross-functional teams to reduce costs, enhance productivity, and deliver results in deadline-driven environments. She is widely recognized for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to develop practical solutions that consistently exceed expectations.
 
Prior to her current role, Chinwe served as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at Menkiti Group, where she led the execution of a $2 billion pipeline of projects across the DMV and Massachusetts. Her responsibilities spanned due diligence, acquisitions, financing, construction oversight, and stabilization, including work with LIHTC, NMTC, and public funding programs. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Hometel Developers, Ltd. in Nigeria, where she helped raise over $400 million in debt and equity and led the successful delivery of major hospitality developments across Sub-Saharan Africa. Chinwe holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law, and leverages her combined expertise in real estate, finance, and law to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and public value.
