Audra Russell

Audra currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania and am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as a SHRM–Senior Certified Professional (SCP).

 

With over 25 years of experience in the human resources field, she has held progressively responsible roles across a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, government, and privately owned organizations. My expertise includes overseeing staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, organizational development, payroll, and human resources information systems.

 

She is deeply passionate about people and fostering positive, productive work environments.
