Angela Fair is a proven public sector leader with more than 20 years of executive-level experience in budgeting, finance, and grants management. She launched her government career with the Prince George’s County Office of Management and Budget and has since built a reputation for combining financial discipline with innovative solutions.
Angela has served in senior leadership roles across public safety and government operations, including her tenure as Deputy Director of Administrative Services for the Prince George’s County Police and Fire Departments from 2012 to 2025. In these roles, she led multimillion-dollar budgets, advanced workforce initiatives such as salary compression, and drove progress on capital projects and procurement modernization.
Mrs. Fair previously worked for the Prince George’s County Police and Fire Department from 2012 to 2025, rising to the Deputy Director’s position of Administrative Services.
She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Arkansas and a master’s in public administration, credentials that ground her strategic financial management in both technical expertise and public service values.
Widely respected as a strategic thinker and seasoned controller, Angela is known for shaping budgets that strengthen community trust, support public safety, and enable sustainable growth. She is recognized for her ability to align financial stewardship with organizational transformation—ensuring taxpayer dollars deliver maximum impact.
She has been a member of various boards and committees, including the Major Cities Chief Financial Committee.
