Solicitations

The Redevelopment Authority (RDA) posts solicitations in accordance with its procurement policy to ensure a fair, transparent, and competitive process for all vendors. Opportunities may include Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations for Bids (IFBs), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), depending on the project or service. Each solicitation provides detailed instructions, including project scope, submission requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.

All interested vendors are encouraged to carefully review and comply with the requirements outlined in each solicitation. Awards are based on the best value and the vendor’s ability to meet the RDA’s project objectives.
