Redevelopment Authority Resolutions

 

  • Resolution 2026-01: A Resolution approving Lewis Askew, Esq., appointed as General Counsel of the Redevelopment Authority of Prince George's County. 
  • Resolution 2026-02: A Resolution approving and authorizing the competitive bidding of a construction project known as 
    the "Artspace Rehabilitation Project," located at 3311 Rhode Island Avenue, Mount Rainier, Maryland.
  • Resolution 2026-03: A Resolution approving the Redevelopment Authority's receipt and administration of the Maryland
    Stadium Authority Grant for Artspace in Mount Rainier.
