Charles Floyd has been with our office for 18 years, rising to the role of Senior Investigator and acting as a mentor for new investigators. His passion for housing equity has led to him specializing in housing discrimination cases, and affording him the opportunity to appear as a panelist for housing justice seminars across the state of Maryland!
