Linda V. Allen, MBA

Linda Vaughn Allen has served in various roles within Prince George’s County’s Office of Finance since 2005: Cash and Investments Manager (2005-2010), Chief of Treasury (2010-2018), Deputy Director (2018-2025), and was appointed Director of Finance by County Executive Aisha Braveboy in 2025. Prior to joining Prince George’s County, Ms. Allen served as Corporate Cash Manager for ManorCare Health Services (1990-1999), a long-term healthcare organization.

Ms. Allen is a member of the National Government Finance Officers Association, the Maryland Government Finance Officers Association, where she serves on the Board of Directors, and has served on the Maryland State Retirement and Pension Systems Board of Trustees (2021-2024), the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County 401k Advisory Board (2019-2025), and various County task forces. 

Ms. Allen attended Howard University, received a BS in Finance from UMGC, and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
