Terence Clark joins the Department of Corrections as Acting Director in December of 2023. With more than 34 years of correctional experience, A/Director Clark was most recently Deputy Commissioner of Operations at the Philadelphia Department of Prisons in Pennsylvania. Starting his correctional career as a private and working up the ranks, A/Director Clark has seen every facet of corrections and is utilizing this experience to assist in his duties as Director.
