Audio recordings of E911 calls may be obtained through the Public Safety Communications Audio Section using the processes described below. Audio recordings may not be requested by phone or dropped off at the 9-1-1 Public Safety Communications Center.
Please allow up to 30 days to process your request. If you have any questions or would like to find out the status of your request, please contact the Public Safety Communications Audio Unit at 301-352-1401 or send an email. All requested recordings will be mailed to the address provided on the request form. Please note that the recordings may not be picked up at the Public Safety Communications 9-1-1 Center.
