Charles W. McFadden

Charles W. McFadden is a native Washingtonian who has over 40 years of residency in Prince George’s County.  Mr. McFadden has worked with many organizations in Prince George’s County to strengthen the community.  Mr. McFadden’s work experience is in the fields of Finance, Management, Training, and Education.

Currently, Mr. McFadden works at the United States Secret Service as a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer.  He is the Chair of the Employee Advisory Committee that allows the advisement to senior leadership on behalf of the staff under the Chief Financial Officer Directorate. Mr. McFadden has over 25 years in the mortgage finance industry, where he worked for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Mr. McFadden serves on the Board of Directors of the LEARN Foundation where he has held many committee leadership roles.  Mr. McFadden formerly served as a Board Member of the Community Foundation of Prince George’s and currently is a Board Member of the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County. Mr. McFadden also worked as an adjunct professor in the Humanities Department at Prince George’s Community College for 16 years where he taught Interpersonal Communication.

Mr. McFadden is a graduate of Bowie State University, with a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communications. Mr. McFadden received his Bachelor of Science degree from Tuskegee University, in the field of Management Science. He has been married to the love of his life, Monique McFadden for 27 years to forever.
