The Prince George’s County Office of Community Relations invites residents to attend the 2nd Annual Martial Arts and Self-Defense Day on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the WKC Sports & Learning Complex in Landover.
This free, family-friendly event is open to the public and welcomes participants ages 5 and older, regardless of experience level. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn practical self-defense techniques, explore martial arts programs, and participate in workshops focused on health, wellness, and personal safety.
