Stanley A. Earley

Currently Director of Management and Budget for Prince George’s County, Mr. Earley began his career in government with the City of Dayton, Ohio as a Management Analyst in the Office of Management and Budget. His extensive professional career spans more than 45 years, with experience both in the public and non-profit sectors. Mr. Earley previously served as Deputy City Manager and Chief Financial Officer for the City of Dayton, Ohio and as Chief Budget Officer for Howard University.
