Pursuant to Section 26-1103 of the Alcoholic Beverage Articles of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the Board of License Commissioners is authorized to issue a Special Entertainment Permit.

Discontinued Application Forms
Effective immediately, entertainment request applications and entertainment renewal applications dated June 2024 will no longer be accepted. Applicants & Licensees are advised to discontinue the use of these outdated forms.
Updated Application Forms
To ensure your application is processed, please use the most recent application forms, which are marked with a date of June 2026. Submissions using the updated forms will be accepted and reviewed accordingly.
