Consuela is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with over 20 years of experience spanning corporate finance, project management, and cross-functional business operations. She brings a proven ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable strategies that support organizational goals, improve efficiency, and drive measurable results.
Currently serving as the Revenue Authority's Special Assistant and Council Liaison, Consuela plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership, managing high-visibility initiatives, and facilitating communication and coordination between stakeholders, governing bodies, and internal teams. She is trusted for her discretion, organizational insight, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
With deep experience in project management, Consuela has successfully led and supported initiatives involving process improvement, custom pricing, operational planning, and strategic execution. Her background in sales and pricing strategy further enhances her ability to align financial objectives with customer and business needs.
Consuela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from St. John’s University. She also holds a Master’s Certification in Project Management and is a Six Sigma Green Belt, reflecting her commitment to continuous improvement, disciplined execution, and data-driven decision-making.
