Living Well with High Blood Pressure 

Living Well with High Blood Pressure is a special one-time, interactive, 2.5-hour education session that helps participants learn how to better manage high blood pressure. You can take charge of your health and live well by enrolling now. The session was developed at the Center for Excellence in Aging and Community Wellness and piloted in the Capital Region of New York State and New York City. 

Who Should Register? 

If you are 18 years of age of older and have high blood pressure or hypertension you should join.
