    DPIE is offering monthly ePlan Customer Training to show how to complete online applications and upload plans for review in our ePlan system. Training sessions are free and are held the third Thursday of every month. Seating is limited and offered on a first-call, first-served basis. All those who wish to attend this month’s class need to reply no later than the 2nd Thursday of the month by registering at the "Sign Up Now" Link (on the right side of this page). Those registering need to print and bring a copy of the "ePlan Applicant User Guide," which is available on the "Sign Up Now" page. *When arriving for training, please report to Suite #123, Homeowners Mega Suites to be escorted.

    The Living Well Chronic Disease Self-Management Program is a self-management class for anyone with a chronic condition (arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension), or any other chronic condition that requires ongoing medication. Classes meet once a week for 2.5 hours and cover a variety of topics that support developing a healthier lifestyle and how to be a partner with your health care team. Registration is required.
